Woke up 4am, ate a bagel with cream cheese and had a banana with some coffee
Event warmup:

Just some light stretching, figured I would be doing enough running today.

I have never run more than a half marathon so this would be interesting. Sure enough things fell apart at 18-19 miles and I walked quite a bit. Still finished though and that was the goal.

More miles in training.

This is an amazing race with amazing organization. I loved the fans lining almost the entire course and their cheering kept me motivated.
