Just wanted to see how prepared I would be for running in the heat at IM KY. Not looking forward to the heat at all. Slowed down to adjust accordingly which was hard to do but I didn't really want to press myself much for this race.

Decent race given this was one I signed up for last minute and just got back from vacation. Needed to do a better job of hydrating with other than just water the weeks prior.
