Added aero clip on bar 2 weeks prior, didn't have a lot of experience with it, but used it a lot and liked it. Had a cramp in my left calf as I was getting out of water so took it easy the first 5 miles of bike.

Warm down:

Massage, chocolate milk, pbj and then shower and out for a celebratory/bday dinner and beer.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fear of legs cramping. Also since this was first tri, didn't know how my fitness would hold out after a 1.2 mile swim.
