Walked around the snack shop a couple of times to get the heart rate down. Pepsi and a pork sandwich.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My pace and my bike. Was pleased for it being my first oly.

Event comments:

For it's second year, I enjoyed participating in the Dare to Tri.
