This was my longest OWS by far. I did better than I had hoped. The distance markers on the buoys are sweet.

Train more. Swim more efficiently

The run leg was harder than I anticipated, but that might be my fault. the first 5k took 26 minutes, the second took 30 min. Ran out of steam late but ran strong for the last half mile or so

Not push quite so hard on the bike.
