Eat toast a couple hours before race.
Make sure I have enough clothing to stay warm
sunglasses, watch, bib number, running chip
10 minute jog around the metrodome, went inside the dome to stretch, took powerbar gel and some water. keep walking moving to keep legs warm after I turn in my pre-race warmups.
