Standing up and moving after the swim was tough. had trouble getting my legs under me- walked up beach, through shower

Good ride for me. Died the last 20 miles or so- but overall was pleased- felt amazing for first 70 or so

Hold back a little more from 50-70 miles

Spectators/ volunteers were great- first 1-2 miles had an amazing atmosphere. Legs were cramping from the get go. Planned to walk the whole thing , but it was truly a death march.

Work on the run

Loose some Lbs , improve cycling/running
