Comments:

Set my watch to tell me half mile splits. Goal was to run 4:30 half mile spits and keep my HR under 160 for the entire race. I was good up until about mile 22. My HR never really spiked, but I really had to work hard to keep my legs moving.
Nutrition and hydration were good. Took water and gatorade at each stop. Started taking two waters after mile 21 or so. Took gels every five miles. Overall felt my energy level was really good. Didn't really hit a wall, legs just weren't trained to run that far.
What would you do differently?:

More long runs. Everything else was perfect
Post race
Warm down:

Layed in the sun for a half hour and then had to make long walk back to car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramps in calves and quads. Need more long runs.

Event comments:

Really nice race. Course is FLAT and water stops were well stocked anc placed. Course has some interesting scenery and the post race party was a good time. Finisher hats and sweatshirts were a great unexpected bonus.
