Comments:

Decent run. I probably could have pushed it more on the downhills, but I was still feeling out my sore knee and a little afraid to push it too hard and get injured before the upcoming half.

Being afraid of re-injuring myself!

Event comments:

Great race. Super volunteers, plenty of water, good amenities and great post-race party. The kids loved the fun run and we will probably all do the race again next year.
