Pre-race routine:

Pre-Race just got packed up and drove to Top City had some McDonalds on the way.
Event warmup:

Warm up I just did some stretching and this was the first event that I have done where they allow you to pre swim so I did about 100 meters to warm up in the lake!!!

Good bike until I dropped the chain so I had to stop put it back on then after that bike went great was in aero a lot because this was a flat course.

build up my leg muscles so I can power through!

Good on the run my calfs were tight so it was had getting them to stretch out once that happened I did ok.

Lake of practice just need to get out more and practice!

Event comments:

Overall this race was a good race staffed well who knew what they were doing! Kinda wish there was more race swag. But overall the race was good!
