Pre-race routine:

Got up early. Ate a bagel, an orange, a couple muffins, and hydrated. Got there early and had plenty of time to set up and relax.

Very good on the flats -- had a hard time with the hills. Wore down towards the end while riding in to the wind. Still, a better time than I expected.

Tough run. Had to alternate running and walking the whole way through. My quads were cramping throughout. I could improve this a lot.
What would you do differently?:

More brick training -- need to practice running while already tired. Also will do better not coming off an injury, and in cooler weather.
