Run
Comments: Good steady pace until mile 22. Right calf started cramping, and I had to stop and stretch it often. No big deal. What would you do differently?: I'm content w/ result. It was, after all, my first marathon. (I just wanted to get a feel for it--while I train for my first Ironman in '14) Post race
Warm down: Went straight to collect my race bag. No tables open for a massage; therefore, I went to get some nurishment. Grabbe food and went to stand by bus to hotel. (Wanted to get to hotel for shower because I had a post-race massage scheduled in my hotle room.) Event comments: Good race. Good staff / event personel Good surrounding area. Go! You will enjoy yourself and have the race you prepared for. Last updated: 2012-02-20 12:00 AM
