Had a protein bar. Amino-Vital. Kind of Gross. Gatorade.

No warm up. Was really nervous. Should have warmed up in highnsight

Horrible swim. Very unprepared. Did not warm up. Was extremely exhausted right away.

Look into possibly warming up before the swim.

Had trouble with the wetsuit getting off. Also did not put on sunglasses before the bike. Luckily it wasn't very windy.

Had sunglasses ready. Maybe work on removing wetsuit.

Warm down:

Just chilled in the sun. Tore down transition and hung with the family. Tried to eat but couldn't, felt like I was full.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My lack of aerobic base.

Definately wish to do it again next year.
