Comments: Kept my sweatshirt for five miles before I finally donated it. Legs started hurting at 3 miles, not a good sign. Started slowing at 13 miles and struggling to get up hills at 20. What would you do differently?: More interval training ![]() Post race
Warm down: Wander around looking for wife. Take cool bath. What limited your ability to perform faster: Did three day training plan, but rarely actually did the intervals.
