Comments:

All out effort. I could have shaved a few seconds seeding myself closer to the front of the group but to be honest I really didn't plan on doing this race as a race but more as moral support for my other classmates. Once I got there I was asked to pace one of the fast runners so all of a sudden it was a race.

Event comments:

A great race. Lots of runners (6000 plus)but very well organized start times by estimated pace with several waves kept it managable. It was pretty cool to run right down Pennsylvania Ave.
