Comments: My actual swim was great, passed a bunch of people but also got stuck behind a few people which slowed me down. Plus I really took my time getting out of the pool to the T1 area. What would you do differently?: Set my start time quicker - to swim with quicker people. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Not much, it all went well here Bike
Comments: This is where it all went to crap for me. Within minutes of being on the bike my back went and I struggled from here on to the very end. Not good at all. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Not good, almost got to the stage where I DNF'ed. I walked a good 2 miles of the run due to the back strain that I went into this with, really dissapointed. So annoyed with how this all went. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: My xxxx'ing back Event comments: It would have been a great race for me personally if I hadn't have had the back issues. For a small race its nice one, I will be back next year simply to destroy my time from this year (as long as my back works that is) Last updated: 2012-03-23 12:00 AM
