What would you do differently?:

What would I do or what will I do? I wouldn't do anything differently I completed that sucker ;) What I will do is start swimming more frequently and get a coach!

Killed it on the bike not at first but with in the first mile I stepped up as I got passed by a group of 5 with real tri bikes like the expensive one I want and pushed myself to keep up and did
What would you do differently?:

Nothing I am stoked with the results but again I will continue to push myself more for better results!

Everything was quick in and out except I went out the wrong way and as I was cheering myself and others on somebody realized I was heading the wrong direction so I had to turn around back through the gates to go out the back side = priceless !
What would you do differently?:

again nothing everything is about learning and enjoying the journey to the finish line and this was awesome!

That first mile makes ya or breaks ya and it was about to break me until the same person that I clung onto for the bike passed me during the run and I pushed myself to hold to her; Heather was her name as we rounded at mile 2 I thanked her for the help she had been giving me and we chatted the rest of the way back to the finish line at a really comfortable pace.
What would you do differently?:

Loved the entire event ... NOTHING!!!!

Warm down:

ate a bannana and cheered for myself for completing my first one

What limited your ability to perform faster:

fear of not being able to finish if I pushed myself too hard. I might of had a little bit quicker of a pace in me but overall I felt like I used my body the right amount for the amount I had trained.

Event comments:

This is my first Tri but there wasn't really any post race activities and I did a half marathon once earlier this year where there was a bunch of stuff going on both before and after the race; overall though it was what it was. Very organized and a triathlon!
