Comments: Got bashed around. And swam around 350m rather than 300 but all good. Was hard to get my breath to be honest and I only really settled into a solid stroke when i was near the end. Guess thats what happens when you are used to swimming longer distances. What would you do differently?: nothing. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: I was smoking. Most girls took at least another 20 seconds more than i did, and I thought i was taking my time! What would you do differently?: not spew while putting on my shoes. ![]() Bike

Warm down: walk around the tri area. What limited your ability to perform faster: Was not really at my peak this race. It was done as a bit of fun with a group of mates. And fun i had. It was fun pushing hte body that hard and fast. I guess in long course races you find your comfort zone and push on. Couple of surges in the water to get used to the cold. Who's idea was it to swim with no wetsuit. BLOODY COLD!
