Comments: I was surprised at how strong I was able to ride after racing the day before. I've been putting a lot of work in getting a strong base though, so I guess it's finally paying off. Transition 2

After having raced a sprint the day before, I felt pretty fatigued. Focusing was going to be the key for me today. Did the same stuff as the day before, breakfast casserole and coffee before hydrating, as that seemed to work on Saturday.
I didn't ride my bike this time. I just jogged for a bit and swam.
