Comments: very long way to the transition area. What would you do differently?: i might have jogged and saved a minute, but I don;t know...I think it was better to just keep the HR down. Bike

Comments: I forgot to take my feet out of my shoes as I was coming in. Oops. I also used the porta potty during this time. What would you do differently?: take feet out of shoes! Run
What would you do differently?: Don't eat anything on the run and keep up positive thoughts! Post race
Warm down: walked a little, tried to stretch. Dove in the lake to cool off/rinse all the salt off of me! What limited your ability to perform faster: Not training consistently! I would like to try again at this distance when I can fully commit to the training. I think I would see a much better time. Event comments: I am half of an Ironman!!!!!!! Set up transition, drank coffee, and gatorade, oatmeal and banana for breakfast. Aired up the tires and got on the bus to the swim start!
