Comments: my goal was to stay at my training pace/intended IM pace. I felt like I was pretty slow in the water mostly because I was breathing every 2nd stroke vs. my normal bi-lateral breathing. What would you do differently?: Not start at the back of the group. Transition 1

Comments: can't seem to get my pace over 20mph anymore. I can stay at 19mph forever but that's not much help in a sprint. What would you do differently?: work on sprint pace for next year. Transition 2

Comments: I have been training at a 9 min per mile pace all summer. I wasn't sure how hard to push. What would you do differently?: Run faster. I left too much in the tank. Post race
