showed up for the race and wandered around Talked to Amy, Craig, Jim S and Chris E for awhile.

my goal was to stay at my training pace/intended IM pace. I felt like I was pretty slow in the water mostly because I was breathing every 2nd stroke vs. my normal bi-lateral breathing.

Not start at the back of the group.

I have been training at a 9 min per mile pace all summer. I wasn't sure how hard to push.

Run faster. I left too much in the tank.

the bike and lack of sprint experience.
