Bike too small. Seat 3 inches too low. Used quads and gluts much more than normal leading to a rough bike to run transition and some minor cramping in the quads initially

I will practice more before next Sprint Tri in July and will ride with feet on top of shoes and do a run dismount

Overall, a good triathlon to start the season. I was grateful to be able to have raced. Thanks to my friend having his wife bring his road bike for me to ride on.
