Comments:

Maintained a good pace. Could have maybe gone a little bit faster and taken a gel at the end to get a extra quick. Felt really flat at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Do more long runs to run faster at the end of the race and get a PR.

Just went into a ice bath and drank water
