My ass was really dragging when I got out of the water. For a few seconds i was light headed and a little nauseous. I needed to gather myself. I could really feel my almost non existent training this year. I knew it would be ugly but I wasn't expecting this. Oh Well!

Not as fast as last year but again very little training. So be it. Not great but not awful either.

Dale does a great job with this race which is why I keep coming back. Not to mention it raises money for the Make a wish foundation. It is also close to me and I ride here frequently. If you are looking for a good home town race that still has a big turn out, this is a great choice!
