1 PBJ on french toast. a couple of ozs of HEED and a Hammer gel just prior to swim

Ran approx 1 mile, Rode about the same. Got chip. Need to get there earlier. Set up transition area

Swim went fine. I didn't like having the wave start set up that they did. Starting the 40-44 woman before the 30-34 men is not smart. I'm sorry to lady that I probably smacked in the sholder as she was treading water as everyone was going by
What would you do differently?:

Get a pair of goggles that didn't fog up. I couldn't see as I came into the finish. I listened for the crowd and hoped that everyone else could see....

Noticed a flat coming out of T1
What would you do differently?:

protect bike in transition area and not let my stuff get all messed up. I think my bike got hit. Helmet, glasses, number all on ground and flat front tire

Horrible. Got flat tire...should have changed it. It was fine going straight but turning was impossible. Very very frustrating.

Not get a flat...change it if it happens early

First mile was slow and then built from there. Push the 1st mile a little harder but had to use soo much energy on bike.
