Goggles fogged up mid way thru the swim. I rounded the wrong buoy because i couldn't see. Did the entire second half of the swim without the goggles.
What would you do differently?:

Use baby shampoo on the goggles. Didn't know this trick until after the race.

Basically terrible. Walked about half of the time. Some cramping. The "dead legs" weren't that bad, but i just couldn't keep running.
What would you do differently?:

Get in more miles before the event. I slacked off on running during the training.

Need to run more!
