Had peanut butter on a bagel for breakfast. Got setup in transition.

Comments:

I'm slow but this seemed particularly bad. I was never uncomfortable or struggling, just slow. I knew my wetsuit helped my body position a bunch. This race confirmed it.
What would you do differently?:

Need to work on improved position in the water and stroke technique.

This isn't as bad as it looks. It was quite a long run from swim exit to the transition area.

Great ride. I finally felt like I pushed the bike leg a bit. I spun up the few hills and hammered the flats and downhills.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing except try to push a little harder. Also need to drink some more water. I ended up drinking a bottle of gatorade and downing 2 gels during the ride but never got into my water bottle.

First mile split was 7:30 then 8:11, 8:13, 8:37, 8:37 and 8:27 to finish up.
Course: Two loop deal thru the park on paved trails. It got a little congested at times but it was never really a problem.
