Pre-race routine:

0430 wake-up. Took my vitamins and ate toast w/ Peanut Butter, a banana, and washed it down with a glass of water. Started hydrating with water with a few sips every 15 minutes. Arrived in TA @ 0600.
Event warmup:

Swam a few laps and stretched for 10 mins.

I cramped up a little on the first half mile. Settled in to a good rhythm and then I justed bonked a half mile from the finish. Walked a little then sprinted to the end. Too slow.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on the running.

Inexperience and training.
