Comments: Transition time includes an extended run to the transition area. The one thing that STINKS about this race is the long run on gravel and old pavement.Last year when I did this race I ran to T1 barefoot. This would save me time from screwing around with my shoes, but I was able to run faster with my shoes on. It is STUPID that they don't put a carpet down or something, so contestants don't have to run on the rocky surface. Bike

Comments: I think I did an awesome time in T2. What would you do differently?: I want to learn how to put on and take off my shoes while riding. Run
Comments: I was parched on the run - the hydration station was like half way through the run, not the same place it was last year. What would you do differently?: Bring a hydration pack. Post race
Warm down: Just walked around. What limited your ability to perform faster: I was really dehydrated during my run. Event comments: I have decided that the longer the distance, the more I push myself. Last updated: 2012-08-25 12:00 AM
