Comments:

Did not feel good on the run. Injury and lack of running this Summer = loss of run fitness. Had to take more recovery breaks than planned. Very disappointing.
What would you do differently?:

Don't get injured (allow adequate recovery after 1/2 marathon in April).
Make more effort to get back to running after injury time off.

Very painful trying to stretch.
Felt dead.

I like this venue. Very family/kid friendly.
