Swim
Comments: Never got into a groove. Way too much sighting. I haven't been sighting enough recently...and I ended up over doing it this time. I went straight, but I wasn't streamlined hardly at all. Very bad performance. What would you do differently?: Sight less. Transition 1
Comments: Before T1 I was 564 / 714 overall. After T1 I was 465 / 714 overall. Happy with transition. I'm used to doing shorter races so I'm used to zipping through transitions. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: Couldn't keep power up for some reason....maybe due to being on a new bike. Swapped positions with last years female pro winner, Malaika Homo for a few miles on the bike. Pretty cool experience. What would you do differently?: Not switch to a new bike 2 weeks before the race, even if it is totally rad. Transition 2
Comments: T2 felt very fluid. This was the first time I have ever put on socks in transition, surprisingly it didn't add too much time. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Started have cramping issues in right leg at mile 9. Slowed down quite a bit. Walked remaining aid stations. What would you do differently?: Prepare better with longer brick workouts. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Experience Event comments: Loved the setup and organization of Rev3. I will definitely do more races with them. Last updated: 2012-09-13 12:00 AM
