Woke up at 5 am. Ate a english muffin with peanut butter and yogurt. Water and a gel 15 min before the start.

Lots of traffic to pass. May have swung to wide on last turn to avoid traffic. Not happy with the time but with all the traffic what else can I do.

Try to register as an elite next year.
