Massage Wednesday before the race
Weather warmed up to around 70 during the race
Ranking was by sex only, women were ranked in their own category
Hotel didn't offer breakfast earlier enough, the light breakfast we ate was too light.

1) Start in the front of the group
2) pre-tape nipples
3) no neoprene socks in that temperature

1) put sun screen in back pockets and reapply while on the bike
2) definitely change into bike clothes
3) wear tight biking jersey and biking shoes/socks for sun protection

What would you do differently?:

1) Put the remainder of arm sleeves on during bike
2) tape everything to the bike then move to my pockets
3) tape items into pockets

I have completed (3) 70.3 races and this was the best executed race so far. An excellent choice for those who are interested in doing a full distance with less drama.
