woke up at 3, left for walmart at 4, got to transition by 5. No warm up before swim.

Had a good swim considering I didnt swim much this year. I didnt expect much but felt ok for most of the swim.

Computer was not working so I rode off feel. Ended up going way too slow for the first 80 miles but had tons of energy at the end. Trained entirely on a trainer this year and I was very worried about being prepared. It worked out great. It was the most comfortable ride ever for me. I think I could have gone under 6:30 if I had my computer but loved the ride

Make sure computer works- get better computer

Felt very good for the first 3 miles but was scared to run too much. Started to galloway, galloway turned into all walk as legs got tight
What would you do differently?:

Next year do long rides followed by longish runs just to have confidence in my legs when they are tired.

Got on shuttle to walmart- head back to condo- had a few beers

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to drop 30 lbs/ do long hard bike to run bricks
