- Woke up at 3AM in Middletown, DE
- picked up my buddy in Wilmington, DE at 4AM
- commuted to Brigatine, NJ and arrived as transitioning was opening

practice navigation and my breathing will improve. kept raising my head to see where I was and where I was going.

Felt terrible the first mile, ok the 2nd and then picked it up the last 2 miles.
What would you do differently?:

practice bricks more to feel more comfortable between bike & run transition. It took awhile for me to get my legs going on the run.
