Pre-race routine:

Breakfast at home. Then load the truck for my wife, son and myself. (Family race). Setup transition and try to stay warm.
Event warmup:

None really. A little stretching and jogging in the basketball area waiting for my swim start time.

90 second swim time was a huge field and a lot of people were not up to the time. I passed 2 and caught the third at the finish wall.
What would you do differently?:

Still need to improve my swim speed. And lie about it on the entry form I guess.

Poor transitions today. Early in the season and didn't practice. I put shoes on in transition which is a little slow. Need to work on leaving shoes on the bike.

Bent down to put on running shoes and stomach cramped! Had to stand up and stretch for 20-30 seconds. Made for a very poor t2. 18th in age group.
