Comments: I am just not a very good swimmer...i am taking master classes but i guess it will take some time. I actually thought i did well...i kept a pretty good rythym but still a little bit slow. This does hinder me for doing better and this actually prevented me from getting on the podium. What would you do differently?: Just swim better Transition 1

Comments: I cant really complain..new aero bars. the day before I averaged 21.7 mph and today's race, 21.4 mph. I did well.... What would you do differently?: lose some weight and be even faster Transition 2

Warm down: water, fruit, cookies, walked. had some major blisters on foot. What limited your ability to perform faster: weight...lose it and i ll be faster Event comments: Enjoyed myself at the races. Same as the day before ...wake up 430 ...left at 5am...had a egg/cheese muffin and gatorade...got all set up in transition...had a gatorade prime before the race and salt stick
Dynamic warm up and a 1 mile jog...swam for a few minutes before race
