Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 0400, drank cup of coffee, big bowl of oatmeal, took a shower. Drank a glass of water and a bottle of Gatorade G2. Double checked all the stuff I packed the night before and loaded up the car. Still managed to forget a freaking towel!

Shivering, it was in the 40's, although the water was 60+.

Nothing really, surprised I kept even close to 18mph with the hills and head/cross wind.
