Legs were still tired from last week, but I told Steve I'd pace him for as long as I could for his BQ, so I stuck with him until 13 at a 7:38 pace, then I backed it down....WAY WAY DOWN. Tried to enjoy the day and at the very least stay sub 4. Mission accomplished. This is my 2nd of 4 consecutive weekly marathons. On way to Marathon Maniacs club.
What would you do differently?:

Not pace Steve, but I had to.
