  • Comments: Excellent race organization & support. Check-in was quick & well-run. Expo just OK. Despite knowing my realistic goal should be ~4:10, I decided to press my luck & try for sub-4. Held that pace until mi 21 then unceremoniously blew up with bad calf cramps. But I knew the risk of over-reaching & paid for it.
