Started to cramped on the hamstring at mile 5.
What would you do differently?:

take more electrolyte and drink more.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

hamstring cramp in the last 8 minutes of the race

Event comments:

Drove from OC to Palm Spring in the AM. It took almost 2 hours. Which I will not drive on the race morning next year. I will find a inn to stay the night before.

I will be back in 2014. I love this course.
