Pre-race routine:

Had two egg cheeze omlet and cup of coffee for breakfast, already had stuff packed, pumped tires to presure on bike and rode over tot he site from the campground. Did not sleep well the night before.
Event warmup:

Very light stretching of ankles in transitioon area after set up. Got wet suit on and went to beach and had time for a quick out and back, could have used more to get breath working better.

might like to try clipless but my transition time might suffer, I'll have to try it out.

heat during the run, and a tweeky ankle
