Bike
Comments: This is where my race really went down hill. Bad nutrition caught up with me right before the last and most grueling climb through snow canyon to finish the bike. So bad I had to walk the remaing .25 mile of the hill with my bike. What would you do differently?: Be more prepared for extreme hills! Transition 2
Run
Comments: Walked almost the entire distance. Ran a couple times but was so mentally and physically spent jI ust could not motivate myself. Definitely concluded I had bit off more than I could chew. What would you do differently?: Training + Nutrition Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Stomach cramps, bad. non existent nutrition. ThoughT I would consume when I felt like it, never felt like it unitil it was to late. Event comments: For my first triathlon, at least I finished the race. Use this first one as motivation to never be this bad again! Last updated: 2013-06-12 12:00 AM
