Comments: Stayed wide to the left. Didnt want to get caught in the washing machine. Strategy worked because I had very little bumping. Settled into my rhythm and went with the flow. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Got VERY dizzy trying to get my wetsuit off. I think I forgot to breathe properly after I got out of the water. Stumbled around like a drunk trying to get my wetsuit off. Finally got it off and got the bike shoes on and away I went. What would you do differently?: BREATHE! Bike
Comments: Had my new Profile Design HC Aero bottle fly off going over a bump. Stopped to pick it up and wasted entirely too much time trying to jam the straw back into an EMPTY water bottle. DUH! Just put the bottle back on the bike and GO you IDIOT! The rest of the bike went well for me. What would you do differently?: Rubber bands over the bottle. Transition 2
Comments: Fairly smooth. Run
Comments: I need to spend more effort on my running. I give up too much time on the run. Ill never be able to run a 35 min 10k, but with some effort I could get down around 40 mins. What would you do differently?: Train more on running. Post race

Woke up at 4:30. Went to transition and got everything set. Then waited around for 2 hours for my wave to go off.
Swam a few strokes to stretch out a little then waited for the horn.
