Comments: Felt Great!!! Had a great open water swim, felt really strong. It was really comfortable....just fun! What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1
Comments: Was a little tired...but felt pretty good. Took time to eat sport beans and have a swig of water. Putting socks and shoes on. Think I need to untie the shoes going forward...unless I have clips :-) What would you do differently?: Untie my shoes in Transition set up. Bike
Comments: Road was smooth for most of the course but was a bit rough at the end. Would like to pick up the pace a bit. Lost both my water bottles at the begiinning of the segment. BUT....was my best ride pace in a race to date :-) What would you do differently?: Need to chek the bottle cage. Was too tight and was changed right before the race the night before. Need to either loosen it up or switch it out. Whenever I tried to put the water bottle back in the cage (was hard to pull out) it wouldn't go in and would slip off and fly into the grass. Transition 2

Comments: Felt a little slow at first...but found my groove. Felt really good after about mile 1. Just had the mindset it was a long run. Felt good...nearly PR'd even after the first 2 segments of an Olympic distance Tri...my FIRST of that distance. I am on top of the world right now :-) What would you do differently?: Nothing but pick up the pace a litlle earlier next time...now that I know how I felt. Post race
