swim was tough. I guess there where a few boats around because I got hit by a bunch of big waves.
I also got very hot in my full sleeve suit. I am going to be looking into a sleevless.

I am most dissapointed with my run. I had been really running good. I started out holding just under 8 pace and felt like I was fine but when I hit mile 8 or so I just started going down hill. I ended up with 8:45 pace. I just pushed to hard in the wind on the bike.
What would you do differently?:

Ride more so Im stronger on the bike. So I don't have to dig so deep on the bike and I will have something left for the run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I think I was not fully rested. I think I messed up on the taper for this race. My time was about like normal but this race was really tough for me.

I like this race I have done it two time and will more that likely do it again.
