Comments: Good swim for me, Wetzoot was worth every penny. Tinted Aquasphere goggles worked great. Stubbed my toe on rocks getting out of the water and broke my middle right toe. What would you do differently?: Start more towards the front instead of letting everyone go ahead of me and then passing them. Transition 1
Comments: Chickened out of using shoes clipped in the rubber bands. What would you do differently?: Clip shoes in. Bike
Comments: Set too fast a pace initially and was not able to sustain it and paid for it about 1/2 ways because the hills never stopped coming. What would you do differently?: Conserve my energy better. Need more hill training. Transition 2
Comments: A small amount of disorientation in finding my bike's home. Run
Comments: Negative split, slow the first 1/2 but I was able to pick-up some speed on run route. Only walked at water stations. Not in great running shape and a broken toe didn't help either but my lungs were the limiting factor. What would you do differently?: I need more running mileage/base. Post race
