Comments: This one was hard for me. Just could not get a good pace and the rolling hills were hard for me. Just didn't go for it like I should, but I wanted to save something for the run. What would you do differently?: Need to train more in bigger gears. Transition 2
Comments: Fast transition. I don't lose time in transitions-I keep it simple so I can move fast and get going. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Took the first half for my legs to work right-felt like they were tighter than banjo strings. Finally felt more comfortable with my stride lengthing more. What would you do differently?: Just need to learn to push myself more to the max and not hold back. Post race
