hard time eating my oatmeal today, will need to find something else to eat before a race.

What would you do differently?:

try to get in more miles before and after the race as this was suppose to be a 20 miler training run.

walked, stretched. drank 7-up to help settle stomach.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

holding back cause this was just a training run.

after three years, the weather finally cooperated.
