Swim
Comments: I noticed that a lot of Olympic distance swimmers do not site very often! I got ran into a ton of times. At least with my normal sprinters, they can swim in a straight line. I really enjoyed myself on the swim and didn't push it. But there's no way I swam 1:30/hundred. That course was way off, and it wasn't even 1500m. I was pretty disappointed in that. What would you do differently?: Train more Transition 1
Comments: I made sure to have my bike shifted into the easiest gear before the race, so that made getting up to speed a bit easier. Bike
Comments: I cornered awesome and did really well I thought. I tried not to push it so I didn't kill my legs on the run. Transition 2
Comments: Had a little trouble racking the bike, I guess I was just a little clumsy. Because of that, I sat down to put socks and shoes on. Run
Comments: I went out at just the right speed. But my quads were really not liking that around mile 4. I stayed focused on the run and not letting my legs seize up. I was very pleased afterwards with my time. Post race
